Let’s discuss a few examples of common limiting beliefs, their dysfunctional needs, and how they play out. A very common combination is “I’m not good enough” which manifests the need; “I need to be perfect”.

What that looks like, as far as perfectionism, is being obsessed with little details that don’t matter and missing the overall point of what you are doing. Having very high standards for yourself and projecting those onto other people. So if you get the feedback that nobody feels like they can do anything right by you, then you are probably projecting your high standards onto them.
