Session 1 · Intake

Detective work begins

50 minutes of evidence-gathering — from sleep hygiene to childhood — to surface the global limiting beliefs at the root of your concerns and shape your treatment plan.

Sessions 2–3 · Inventory

Identify limiting beliefs

The Limiting Beliefs Inventory is a structured exercise designed to surface the underlying beliefs your clinician will work with. This is the assessment phase — not the change work itself.

Sessions 4+ · Reconditioning

Work at the root

Imaginal exposure and counter-conditioning engage the Walnut Brain — the threat-mind that holds limiting beliefs — so change settles beyond conscious effort.

Completion

Review and wrap-up

When the program concludes, you and your clinician review progress and discuss any maintenance plan. Length of treatment is set in collaboration with your clinician and revisited throughout.
