Provider Tier: Reduced-rate Provider

Reduced-rate Providers are ShiftGrit Certified clinicians earlier in their careers or practising under supervision. They include Canadian Certified Counsellors, Mental Health Therapists, and Intern Therapists who have finished their practicum and practise under the supervision of a senior Registered Psychologist.

The tier keeps therapy at a fixed, lower fee, with the same structured sessions and clear process. Reduced-rate Providers support concerns such as stress, life transitions, mild to moderate anxiety, self-esteem, relationship challenges and personal growth.

Sessions are $150, or $75 with an Intern Therapist. We cannot submit insurance claims for Mental Health Therapists or Intern Therapists; any reimbursement is between you and your plan.
