Provider Tier: Reduced-rate Provider

Reduced-Rate Providers at ShiftGrit include master’s-level mental health therapists and Intern Therapists who are post-practicum and working under the supervision of a senior registered psychologist. This tier is designed to increase accessibility by offering therapy at a fixed, reduced rate while maintaining professional standards, structured sessions, and a clear therapeutic process. Reduced-Rate Providers support concerns such as stress, life transitions, mild to moderate anxiety, self-esteem, relationship challenges, and personal growth. Please note that services provided by Intern Therapists are not eligible for reimbursement through Extended Health Care Benefit Plans due to their reduced fee structure.
