Provider Tier: Standard Provider
Standard Providers are regulated clinicians who are ShiftGrit Certified in the ShiftGrit Core Method™ and deliver it in every session. They include Registered Psychologists, Registered Provisional Psychologists and Registered Social Workers, each practising under the standards of their own regulatory college.
Sessions are structured and focused on the patterns behind your thoughts, emotions and behaviours, with clear use of session time and a transparent process. As Standard Providers build experience with the method, some move into the Premium tier.
Sessions with a Standard Provider are $229 to $240. What your benefits plan can reimburse depends on your therapist's designation; see Fees and Funding.
