My name is Krisanthini Ravindran – but my nickname is Kris!

What do you do at Shift?

I am a currently a Coach with Shift on my way to soon becoming a Provisional Registered Psychologist.

What are your academic credentials?

I hold a BSc. Psychology with a Business minor from University of Alberta, and a M.A. Counseling Psychology from Yorkville University.

Do you have any pets?

Currently, no, but I’d like to get a fish sometime soon.


What is your favourite food?

I am a big fan of anything Italian. I also really love Pesto Shrimp.

What is a skill you are working on currently?

I’m currently working on some mindfulness-based relaxation techniques.

What do you do in your spare time?

I read lots of books in my spare time, mostly about self-development and happiness. I also really enjoy dancing, listening to music, singing and I like to break a good sweat in the hot yoga room.

What is your dream car?

For sure a black Mercedes.
